FAQ's

  • How do I place a custom cake order?
    Simply fill out the Custom Cake Order Form with your cake details (flavor, size, design, etc.) and we’ll get in touch to confirm everything. It’s that easy!
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    We require a 1 week advance with full-payment, though we do accept later cake orders. At 48 hours before the due date there is a rush fee with payment due immediately upon invoicing. For larger or more complex cakes, such as wedding cakes 2+ weeks is ideal to ensure we can accommodate your design. A deposit will be required.
  • Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
    Absolutely! We would love to accommodate your dietary needs to the best of our abilities. Please note, however, that the product will be made in a facility that processes those allergens, so it will not be celiac or extreme allergy friendly.
  • What if I need to make changes to my order?
    If you need to make changes, please contact us at least 24 hours but preferably 48 or more, before your order is scheduled for delivery. We’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute adjustments.
  • What happens if I forgot to pay the invoice?
    Totally understandable! It can be hard to keep on top of everything! However, full payment is required before any work can be done on your order. We will send you a little reminder to help nudge you! If payment continues to remain unpaid until 48 hours before the order is due, there will be a late fee added to the invoice. We hope you understand that this protects our small business!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
