Delivery Policy

At What's for Tea? we’re excited to bring our freshly baked treats right to your door! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our delivery policy below.

1. Delivery Areas:

  • Local Delivery: We proudly offer local delivery within Chicago and the surrounding areas. Delivery times and fees will vary depending on your order and location.

  • Shipping: For customers outside our local delivery zone, we do not currently offer any shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Times:

  • Local Delivery: We offer local delivery all days of the week.

    • Wednesday - Monday anytime after 3:00 pm

    • Tuesday - All day

3. Delivery Charges:

  • Local Delivery Fees: A flat fee of [insert delivery fee] will apply for local deliveries. Orders over [insert amount] qualify for free delivery.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. 

5. Delivery Instructions:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. If your delivery requires special instructions (e.g., a gate code or preferred drop-off spot), please add them at checkout.

6. Missed Deliveries:

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply if rescheduling is required. We are not responsible for any perishable items that are left unattended beyond the scheduled delivery window.

7. Custom & Large Orders:

For custom or large orders (e.g., cakes, catering), please contact us directly at 512-646-9600 or whatsforteachicago@gmail.com to discuss delivery arrangements.

8. Order Changes:

If you need to make changes to your order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate any changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once your order has been processed.

9. Weather & Delivery Delays:

Please note that in the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be affected. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

At What's For Tea?, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about the products you've received, please don't hesitate to contact us. However due to the nature of what we sell, we do not except returns, but if there is a problem, please take a picture and message us so we can resolve the issue.
